Nagisa exudes class and refinement but the service and food quality are inconsistent. There's a wealth of sushi dishes, from California temaki (crab stick, avocado and prawn roe), ebi tempura maki (crispy prawn rolled with rice) to agemeon (deep-fried dishes) and noodles, but non-Japanese mediocrities, such as greasy dim sum, creep in as well.
