This brightly painted flashpackers raises the bar for hostel digs in KK. Rooms are clean and practical, but the cheapest lack windows. From the cool 'opis' (office) common area – equipped with old-fashioned games, bottomless coffee supplies, a laundrette and even printers – you can slide (or walk) down to the ground-level cafe (mains RM19–22). The rooftop bar is the icing on the cake.
