Maison des Cotonniers

Part of the same stable as the outstanding Grand Hotel Urban just up the road, the Maison des Cotonniers has similarly excellent rooms but without the views. That being the case, we'd choose the Grand Hotel, but this is a good fallback option when the latter's full.
