Minimalist Beet, with bare-brick walls and timber tables, sizzles up eight different vegan burgers (such as the 'Vietnamese', with a chickpea and sprout patty, spicy mango chutney and pickled daikon) served on organic buns. Other all-vegan dishes include quinoa salad with vegan feta. Along with fresh-squeezed juices and infusions, there are local wines and beers.
Kids get a choice of felafel or a mini burger with fries and chocolate cake.
