Rakwet Kanaan Restaurant

Great-value Jordanian restaurant where you can linger over mezze or get stuffed on mansaf (chicken or lamb over rice with a thick, meaty broth). This restaurant is wrapped around the bend in the road where its pavement divans catch the breeze. The daily special tends to be good, but menu translations are idiosyncratic: we're still unsure what 'padded sheep with chicken' is.
