Café Miel

This charming cafe, which also sells alcohol, is stacked with antique goodies, including rocking horses, clocks, puppets, old photos and beautifully patterned plates. It's a nice place for a break if you're touring this part of the city, and is immediately across from the Imperial Palace's top cherry-blossom-viewing spot.
