Hotel Ubudo

Hotel Ubudo is a regal, old-world affair that has lost a little of its charm, but its rotemburo (outdoor bath) overlooking the bay is still fabulous. Meals are lavish kaiseki (Japanese haute cuisine) affairs, showcasing the rich variety of local seafood. The hotel is past the Fukuura-jima bridge, within walking distance of the main sights.
