No No Budo

The IMS Building has prime skyline views from its 12th- and 13th-floor restaurants, including No No Budo. This busy self-serve gourmet buffet has about 80 choices of good-for-you Japanese and Western fish and meat dishes, noodles, salads and soups, plus pastries and other desserts. An extra ¥1500 buys all-you-can-drink beer, wine and cocktails.
