K's House Takayama

This sparkly place has caused a stir on the Takayama hostel scene. All rooms, including dorms, have private bathroom, TV and wi-fi. There's a kitchen and common area, and bicycle rental is available. A second wing, K's House Oasis, offering similar but fresher facilities and closer to the train station, opened in 2016. Check the website for details of both properties.
