A few minutes' walk from JR Matsumoto Station, this large business hotel is in great shape and in a top location. The deluxe double rooms are large by Japanese standards, and reasonably priced. It's standard stuff but lives up to the reputation of the quality Richmond Hotel chain. Restaurants are in the building and surrounding area.
