Bar Ai Nomboli

San Polo & Santa Croce

This snappy place is never short of local professors, labourers and clued-in out-of-towners. Crusty rolls are packed with local cheeses, fresh greens, roast vegetables, salami, prosciutto and roast beef, and served at an antique marble lunch counter. Beyond standard mayo, condiments range from spicy mustard to wild-nettle sauce and fig salsa. Cheap, filling and scrumptious.
