For over a century, Rosa Salva has been serving tea, pastries and ice creams to the passing trade on Campo Zanipolo. Inside the 1930s throwback interior, ladies take tramezzini (triangular, stacked sandwiches) and trays of tè con limone (tea with lemon) at marble-topped tables while, outside, sunseekers sip spritz (cocktail made with prosecco) and children slurp ice creams.
