Cheesemonger Giorgio Cannata peddles a mouthwatering range of formaggi (cheeses), including harder-to-find Sicilian varieties. If you're lucky you might stumble upon the rare tumazzo modicano, an ancient blue cheese produced by shepherds in local caves. Cheese aside, you'll also find artisan Sicilian salumi (charcuterie), from pistachio-studded and Nebrodi black-pig salami to salsiccia al finocchietto (pork and fennel sausage).
