Tucked at the end of a Lower Town back street, just above central Corso Umberto, this cyclist-friendly guesthouse features simple, spacious and airy rooms, all bar one with views of Modica's steeply stacked houses. Six of the rooms have private en-suite bathroom (the others have shared bathroom) and there's a beautiful communal lounge with vaulted ceiling and vintage majolica tiles.
Bike hire (per day/week €15/80) is available but should be requested at least two days ahead.
