Still run by the friendly couple who founded it four decades ago (ably assisted by daughter Alessia), this beloved shop sells two dozen varieties of panini, many named for now-grown locals who once stopped by here on their way to school. It's the perfect stop for morning hiking and beach-hopping provisions, or afternoon glasses of wine on the street-side terrace.
