Staffed by young graduates from a local scuola alberghiera (catering college), this slightly scruffy casual eatery is one of the few decent options in the touristy Forum area. With large windows overlooking the Colonna Traiana, it's a relaxed spot to sit down to rustic local staples, all made with locally sourced ingredients, and a glass or two of regional wine.
