This cute cottage restaurant in the middle of Castlegregory village takes the claims of 'locally sourced produce' very seriously indeed, pairing the likes of Dingle-whiskey-cured salmon, Kerry lamb and Brandon Bay crab with vegetables, herbs and salad leaves plucked from the chef's very own kitchen garden.
