The restaurant (mains €16 to €30) delights in delivering freshly ground Guatemalan coffee and dishes packed with own-grown and foraged produce – potatoes scattered with seaweed, fresh fish on wild garlic. Eco initiatives include solar power, and captured rainwater and seaweed fertiliser for the garden.
