At Paddy's your oysters come with a dollop of history – it's an ancient pub named after the man who set up the first Clarinbridge Oyster Festival in 1954. Today rough stone walls and polished woods set the scene for renowned shellfish, seafood chowder and of course oysters; natural or baked with garlic (€12 for six).
