The Barry sisters draw on a terrific network of local suppliers built up over three decades to help them provide the freshest Cork food cooked simply, without frills. The menu changes daily: roast venison with turnip and parmesan gratin, perhaps, or West Cork scallops with almond and raisin salsa. Two-course dinners (€28) served Tuesday to Thursday, and pre-6.30pm Friday and Saturday.
