Bright, citrus-coloured Zest is the retail chain of Irish in-flight catering company EFG Inflight Ltd, which has its kitchens at Shannon Airport. Salads, soups, quiches, pastries and cakes are served at communal tables. Coffee is roasted in County Wicklow.
