All low ceilings, gingham curtains and dried flowers in the grate, Travellers’ Rest has the quaint feel of a country cottage, with an open fire and a self-catering kitchen (breakfast isn't included; bring supplies as there are no supermarkets nearby). Shower early: there are just two shared bathrooms. Call at the petrol station opposite if there’s nobody about.
