Hungry Bird

One of the few genuine third-wave coffee roasters in Bali, Hungry Bird does superb single-origin brews. The Javanese owner is incredibly knowledgeable on the subject, and roasts beans on-site from all over Indonesia; cupping sessions are possible if you call ahead. The food's also excellent (organic eggs and baked goods) and perfect for brunch.
