Tryggvaskáli

Situated in Selfoss' first house (built for bridge workers in 1890), Tryggvaskáli has been lovingly renovated with antiques. Some tables in the intimate dining rooms have riverfront views and a romantic feel. The fine-dining Icelandic menu made with local produce includes dishes like slow-cooked pork belly and plums, and mushroom-crusted cod and chorizo. The owners also operate Kaffi Krús.
