Blue Tomato

This big boozer known as the 'Plum Blue Tomato' in Hungarian is like something out of the old American sitcom Cheers, especially the ground-floor bar and there's a weekend club in the basement. It’s been a popular feature of the district for two decades and the food – mostly Med-Hungarian (mains 2490Ft to 4490Ft) – is more than the usual pub blotter.
