Hotel Sevilla

A step up from most hotels in this price range, the Sevilla doesn't quite live up to its self-awarded three-star status, but it still does a pretty good job, and there's an onsite restaurant. The location is supercentral and the somewhat aging rooms are spacious and light. Front rooms get some street noise. Rooms have neither a fan nor air-con.
