They take their meat seriously at Bergiṓtiko, selecting well-marbled and aged steaks for the grill, or stewing it to spoon-ready tenderness with homemade orzo and basil. There's even an in-house drying rack to bring the meat slowly to perfection. Vegetables are never unrepresented in any Greek kitchen, but meat is definitely the star here.
