Deli consists of a top-notch restaurant with views out to Ios and Iraklia, plus a cool ground-floor cafe-bar. The Cretan owner-chef's menu is the most inventive in Schinousa, with Schinousa cheese in filo pastry with tomato marmalade and slow-cooked prawns with ouzo sitting alongside Greek-style fish carpaccio. Excellent Greek wine list and a fine selection of craft beers, too.
