In case the Kastro hotels are full, this is a great alternative, tucked away on a silent street that's still walking distance to everything. There are just six rooms, all done in a lavish historical style of ornate ceilings and dark-wood furniture. (If you prefer an airier style, also check the same owner's other property, Kamares, around the corner). Breakfast also spares no detail.
