Kalypso

Chef/owner Nicolas cooks up a culinary storm at this gorgeous spot. He uses only organic vegetables (from his own farm or personally sourced elsewhere), plus fresh fish and meat. The picks? The fish soup and the katsikaki (stuffed goat), though you can't go wrong. Blue and olive-green chairs dot the shaded terrace and there's a pleasant indoor area, too.
