Not only do these guys produce some of Santorini's hottest craft beer (Volkan, served at their caldera-edge cafe), but this deli is also a terrific place to shop for island edibles (superb olive oil, preserves, pickled caper leaves) and drinkables, including Vinsanto dessert wine.
