This comfortable, attractive taverna above Chios Town serves fine Greek standards with a twist, such as lamb kebab with yoghurt and rocket; white beans with tomato and mandarin; and dolmadhes with lemon. There's a variety of great veggie dishes, including risotto. Everything is herisia (handmade), from the pasta to the dessert.
