Axim Beach Eco Resort

This sprawling resort is the largest in the area – with two restaurants, a pool and a playground – yet it still manages to feel friendly and intimate. The dark red thatch huts are lovely. They're scattered around a lush green hillside that slopes down to a pretty beach, and many have floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the stunning views.
