Some locals joke that the best thing about this smart restaurant on the 24th floor of the Oderturm is that you can't see the Oderturm, Frankfurt's tallest building. Perhaps. But the panoramic views from up here are indeed fabulous and the German-Polish food is solid. It's also a good spot for breakfast.
