The global culinary craze for ceviche, Peru’s national dish, has finally reached Berlin. Fish, shrimp, scallops, octopus or any combination thereof are 'cooked' in lemon juice and combined with cilantro (coriander), peppers, onions and spices. Start with a pisco sour and leave room for a ‘Lima Sigh’, a dessert made from sweetened condensed milk and topped with a meringue cloud.
