Perched on a rocky cliff above the Mtkvari, this delightfully renovated hotel offers contemporary carpeted rooms with well-equipped bathrooms. About half the 21 rooms have spectacular views over the river, and this is the main reason to stay here, even if the rooms themselves aren't particularly atmospheric.
