Perhaps one of Georgia's most surprising finds is this excellent and authentic Mexican restaurant in a tiny East Georgian mountain town. Owner-chef Shalva has lived in California, where he honed his skills, and now runs this impressive one-man show in a rustic but charming wooden house with just three tables and extraordinary valley views.
