Talented chef Pierre Sève shows how inventive regional cuisine can be at this classically elegant restaurant housed in a lovely dining room complete with beamed ceilings and stone arches. The quail in walnut wine sauce and beef fillet with onions are two specialities to look for, though the menu is in constant flux according to seasons. The lunch menu is brilliant value.
