This well-run venture with modernised rooms is definitely good value. The cheaper doubles have minuscule bathrooms and don't have air-con but are perfectly serviceable. It's just steps from the railway station and a five-minute stroll from the historic centre. There's private parking (€7) about 300m away. Another draw is the on-site restaurant.
