St-Jean Pied de Port

On the main street through the old town, this old pilgrims' hostel makes a pleasant overnight stay. There are four rooms squeezed between stone walls and rafters, each with a double and a single bed, although unsurprisingly they're on the small side. The owners run a little on-site restaurant in season (menus from €22).
