At home in an old rope factory, stylish La Fabrique is a nod to its industrial heritage and contemporary design. Fifty-eight rooms are arranged in a quad, above a vast open-plan lounge with made-to-measure furniture, Chesterfield sofas and aerial art installation. Serene, almost-all-white rooms enjoy walk-in Italian showers and summertime breakfasts (€10) are served on a peaceful patio squirrelled away out back.
Hotel bar L'Etabli, with a twinset of courtyard patios and great cocktails, is a hot spot on the local fashionista circuit.
