Formerly a 17th-century manor house, Hôtel Saluces has been restored with a simple yet refined touch. Each of its eight spacious rooms has unique features – a traditional fireplace in 'La Meneau', a big modern bath-tub in 'La Flanelle' – and there's an interior courtyard and adjoining crêperie plus a salon de thé to unwind in.
It's €13 extra for the generous continental breakfast of fresh croissants, cakes and homemade jam.
