Auberge du Parc Carola

Quaint on the outside, slick on the inside, this auberge (country inn) is all about surprises. Much-lauded chef Michaela Peters is behind the stove, and flavours ring true in seasonal showstoppers like roe deer with spiced red cabbage and Black Forest ham, and Alsatian wild boar tartine with Granny Smith apples. Tables are set up under the trees in summer.
