Fromagerie Maury

Latin Quarter

This wonderful little fromagerie feels more like a farm shop you'd find in the countryside than an inner-city Parisian boutique. Organic eggs sit in straw baskets (cartons are available) and owner Christophe Maury insists that you try his amazing range of carefully selected cheeses from small-scale producers in southwestern France, the Jura mountains, Corsica, Italy and Spain before you buy.
