La Truffière

Latin Quarter

As its name implies, truffles are the centrepiece of this Michelin-starred restaurant's menu, featuring in most (albeit not all) of its weekly changing dishes, from classic Italian gnocchi to miso and sake-marinated tuna with samphire, roast venison with juniper berries and smoked Jerusalem artichokes, and oxtail stew with mash. To go all-out, order the seven-course black truffle tasting menu (€225).
