Boulangerie Bruno Solques

Latin Quarter

Inventive pâtissier Bruno Solques crafts wonderfully rustic breads (sold by weight measured on old-fashioned scales) using only organic flours. The small, bare-boards shop is also filled with Solques' creatively shaped flat tarts with mashed fruit, fruit-filled brioches and subtly spiced gingerbread. It’s on the pricey side but worth it – kids from the school across the way can’t get enough.
