The most extraordinary cakes, far too beautiful to eat, are showcased beneath glass domes at this contemporary ‘patisserie of dreams’ founded by big-name pâtissier Philippe Conticini and now owned by esteemed chocolatier Daniel Mercier (Conticini remains a consultant). A rainbow of sweets and chocolates line the shelves; seasonal specialities include fruit tarts, such as citrus and quince in winter.
