St-Germain & Les Invalides

Right Bank breakfast king Claus has crossed the river to take up Left Bank residence across the street from St-Germain's chic market. Instagram-worthy designer breakfasts are served all day in a dazzling all-white interior with cushioned, olive velour seating. Fruit salad with saffron syrup, rosemary- and chestnut-spiced homemade yoghurt, organic eggs (including boiled with truffle butter), ginger scones, hazelnut-and-cream brioche … the choice seems endless.

Fittingly, Champagne is the only alcoholic drink on the menu.
