'Oh my cod!' screams the turquoise-neon 'tag' on the wall, and indeed, this Japanese-inspired cocktail and tapas bar with eggshell-blue and exposed-stone interior does excite. Sake-based cocktails play around with matcha-infused cachaça, ginger-infused pisco, homemade lemongrass syrup and fresh yuzu. Creative small plates (from €5) might include salmon in ponzu sauce and fried octopus in tonkatsu sauce.
