The youngest winner of Milan's prestigious Cone d'Oro (Golden Cone), artisan gelato maker Mary Quarta has more than 100 different flavours in her all-natural repertoire, and serves around a dozen different freshly made small batches each day at her light, white-painted Haut-Marais shop. Standouts include avocado, black sesame, peach Champagne bellini, plum, and kiwi.
